The very first step is to start Paint Shop.

01b. - For our Borg Queen we'll need two photos - The original Borg Queen and a photo of the person we want to turn into a Borg Queen. Click on File>Open. The open dialog box will appear. Go to the directory or folder that has your images, highlight the image(s), and then click OPEN. Double-clicking the left mouse button does the same thing. Resave the images with a different names.
