We're almost done. The Queen Borg will be one of the easier and quickier of the images you'll photomanipulate.
03a. There are many ways to get the effect we need for this next step. In this instance I used Fade Correction. Adjust>Color Balance>Fade Correction. Set the number to 45. Or play around with it. Experiment. One Alternate method would be to decolorize the face and then colorize to a very pale red/orange.
03b. - Soften the features out using the Soften tool, and then add Noise (7 percent with Gaussian and Monochrome). And that is it. Touch ups could be to darken parks of the face using the Lasso to outline the area and Brightness and Contrast to make it darker. Adding additional Noise to certain areas can help. Experiment, experiment, experiment.
