04a. Merge the two layers. Use the Soften Tool to help blend in the two layers and Add noise. All these methods may be found in the How to Make a Ferengi tutorial.
04b. - You're done -- basically. Tweak the Brightness and Contrast again on the entire picture. My final Brightness was +3 and Contrast was 35.
