How To Make An Orion

Page 3 - Colorization Continued

Now it is time to turn our person to the Green shade of our choice. Don't worry if it doesn't look natural - that'll come later.

03a. - Click on Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Colorize. We need to do two things. First, make sure the number in the Saturation section is set to 50 or higher. If it is set lower than 50 the rainbow that is in the Hue section will be faded out and you may not be able to see the different colors. Now, just click on the down arrow in the Hur section and select your color. In our case, we selected a shade of Green. You'll notice the number in the Hue section says 83. I've found that anything between 79 to 91 works well. The shade of Green that looks appealing to you depends on the skin color of the person you what to Orionize. The darker the shade of skin color the better the results. Angelina, when out in the Sun, tans a nice olive complexion.

03b. - This is what it looks like so far. We will now give our image a darker shade of Green.

03c. - Now select your shade of Green. Click on Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Colorize. Click the down arrow in the Saturation section and slide until you get the exact Green that appeals to you.
