How To Make An Orion

Page 7 - Tweaks

Actually, we're done. The last item is kind of an Umbrella step. The cosmetic touchs or tweaks. The last thing I did was use the Soften brush - remember we clicked on the Hand and selected the fuzzy ring. Soften the lines along the original eye and the green layer. After that you can play around with the Brightness and Contrast to get as close to skin looking as you can. This image was an easy and quick one. After you've done a few it'll take no longer than an hour to do complex images, like arms, legs and jewelry. Remember, experiment, experiment, experiment. Also, practice, practice, practice. You'll learn to pick your images with a critical eye. Not all images are created equal and some will come out better than the others. The important thing is to not dwell on mistakes or missteps, learn from them. Push the envelope and learn from mistakes. Make the next image better. Keep that attitude and you will make immediate and inspiring improvements.
